Available to ship in Q3/2024 Diablo Data is offering a new CMTS product line, the Slingshot CMTS – a DOCSIS MAC/PHY CMTS in an outdoor node-style form factor called the Slingshot Node, and a small form factor fanless CMTS called the Slingshot 64!
The Slingshot Node is a DOCSIS 3.0 product (DOCSIS 3.1 version available 1Q25), packaged in an IP67 outdoor-rated node-style enclosure whch you can mount indoors or outdoors, and includes an integrated launch amplifier with four (4) RF outputs.
When you purchase your CMTS, we configure it for your environment at no extra charge! Couple our CMTS with our Gunslinger Cloud service and you have an unbeatable combination for supporting MDU’s, RV Parks, Senior Living and other DOCSIS-based high speed data opportunities.

Gunslinger Cloud
Gunslinger is our environment monitoring and provisioning solution for DOCSIS deployments. Gunslinger supports provisioning modems, IP set tops, MTA’s, access points and remote PHY nodes for DOCSIS 3.1. Our customer management tools make is easy to manage multiple service tiers, and our Notification Service will automatically notify you when conditions in your cable system degrade.
